To participate in Japanese auctions through Mark Japan, follow these steps:

- Contact our sales representative.
- Pay a refundable security deposit to activate your bid permission.

Once registered, you'll have access to major auction houses in Japan and can bid according to your account's credit limit. After winning, we will request the initial deposit for shipping. Once fully paid, you will receive the necessary documentation to release the vehicle at the destination port.

We primarily accept payments via telegraphic transfer to our designated bank account. Due to high-frequency credit card fraud, we do not accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal.

The delivery time usually ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the shipping schedule. We aim to ship your car on the earliest available vessel.

No, registering with Mark Japan is completely free. There are no hidden charges or registration fees.

For FOB (Free On Board) purchases, additional charges may include:

For C&F (Cost and Freight) purchases, the freight charge is excluded, but other fees still apply. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) purchases exclude freight and insurance charges.

Yes, you can cancel your order. However, if you do so, you may be responsible for any incurred costs, as we might need to resell the vehicle.
