Mark Japan is not liable for any information provided by users. We do not accept responsibility for losses or damages, whether caused by our actions or not. Additionally, we are not responsible for issues related to file downloads or uploads.

Changes to Service

Mark Japan may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without notice. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from these changes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the revised terms and conditions.

No Transfer of Rights

You cannot transfer any rights or obligations under these terms without written consent from Mark Japan.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. In case of a dispute, the courts of Japan, where our head office is located, will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Mark Japan – Sales Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms

• Products from Mark Japan are sold on FOB, C&F, or CIF terms.
• If export inspection is required by the buyer's country, the inspection requirements must be communicated before export.

Deposit and Transaction Fees

• A deposit ranging from 50% to 100% of the total C&F price is required to process the shipment.
• All transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Early Payment Discounts

• Additional discounts are available for 100% payment before export, saving on banking charges for both the exporter and importer.

Shipping Order and Consignee Information

• Upon placing an order, a Shipping Order (SO) or Bill of Lading (BL) draft will be provided.
• The buyer must inform Mark Japan of any changes to the consignee information at this stage.

Documentation Process

• After the final payment is received, all necessary documentation will be sent via DHL to the specified address.
• The DHL tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

Included in DHL Package

• The DHL package will include:
  • Original Invoice
  • Original Export Certificate (Japanese)
  • Translated Export Certificate (English)
  • Two Copies of the Original BL
  • Original Export Inspection Certificate (If required)

Final Balance Payment

• The final balance must be paid within 7 working days after the shipment's departure.

Forfeiture Rights

• If the final balance is not paid within 10 working days before the estimated arrival at the destination port, Mark Japan reserves the right to forfeit the original deposit.
• The vehicle may be sold to another customer to ensure security for Mark Japan.
